Our mission is simple: deliver an AI experience far beyond what any personal system can offer, at a fraction of the cost of comparable existing local and subscription-based AI solutions — all while protecting your privacy and your work.
* A final hardware supplier decision will be made after we have fully completed our hardware performance test phase. Hardware considerations are the NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 and the AMD Helios.

- 2EPIC AI Solutions has calculated that the total investment represents an estimated 5 years of free usage included. This can fluctuate some depending on actual running costs, unforeseen events, local energy prices, or fluctuation in installation costs, standard locale price rises have been integrated. EPIC AI Solutions, however, will not take any funds out of your investments made to pay out bonuses or the like. We will extend your free to use service time on our EPIC AI Solutions portal with excess funds as long as funds allow us to. We will publish a breakdown of costs at each financial year after the start of our first operational year. This will include how much funds have been used and how much longer we expect the remaining funds to keep running the servers for your access. There will also be occasional EPIC AI Solutions portal access limitations, necessary for the occasional updates and upgrades of AI models. These events will always be planned where possible, dates and times will be voted on through our community portal to keep inconveniences and downtime to a bare minimum for all members. ↩
- 3EPIC AI Solutions intends to keep 1-4 main models available for the full duration of the 5 year stretch so people can stay familiar with certain models and its workflow. But we also intend to make some of the models (especially the smaller ones) rotate and/or be replaced by better options that can be voted in by the community. ↩
- 4For regulatory reasons we will have software running that will check our servers for illegal content creation, like child pornography or nefarious hacking software builds, etc. Our monitoring software will flag these activities to the operating team, by whom you will then be contacted and informed that your projects will have to be investigated, further steps will be taken from there only where necessary. However, none of this information will be used or made public by us. Illegal and nefarious practices on our servers can impact the whole community and will not be allowed. These actions can result in temporary or permanent suspension without refunds, more detailed information will be written out on this subject and will be available through our community portal. ↩

Prices are indicative and shown in USD, or converted from list prices in USD. In many real life cases purchasing hardware locally will be more expensive than the listed prices converted from USD market prices. Electricity prices are estimated from each device’s peak draw at the rate shown; actual consumption realistically is often lower than the peak price for a standard user. Figures as of September 2026, and will be reviewed and adjusted if needed occasionally.
