Founding-member slot

A slot is an access right to EPIC’s pooled inference fleet, owned by your organisation, prepaid for the slot term.

Term — four to five years from activation.
Capacity — fair-share of the fleet, weighted by the number of seats in your organisation.
Models — the current production set; new models are deployed by founding-member vote.
Seats — multiple members of your organisation share the same slot’s pooled capacity.

What is not in scope

No per-token charges. No metered surprise.
No tiered “pro / enterprise” ladder.
No mandatory annual renewals — the term you buy is the term you keep.
