About EPIC

EPIC is the customer-facing edge for inference on owned GB300 NVL72 hardware. We sell a prepaid four-to-five year access right — a slot — to a pooled fleet of the best open-weight models, deployed by a vote of the founding membership.

What we are

• A small team building production-grade inference infrastructure in Rust.
• The commercial surface for the Ferra* stack — Ferron (inference), Ferrum (sessions/cache), FerraVault (secrets), FerraCert (TLS).
• Two binaries: a control plane that runs the dashboard and a data plane that handles inference traffic. Both ship from the same workspace, both stand alone in production.

What we are not

• Not an LLM lab. We deploy and serve the best open-weight models that exist; we do not train our own.
• Not an agentic coding harness — that’s Ferrite.
• Not a venture-funded growth company. EPIC is owned by its operators and its customers.
